Generation Hire and Sale Temporary Roof System

Using a small number of standard components weather protection can be achieved on site quickly, safely and economically. Generation beams are an integral part of the roofing system and as such modest spans of 6m are as easily catered for as large spans of 36m. The heavy duty (78cm) High performance deep beams and the lighter duty (45cm) Generation “R”  beams facilitate this.

The dangers associated with working at height are minimised with the Generation System as the roof sheeting, using PVC polyester coated fabric, is performed safely from the eaves scaffold platform or ground level. The Roof can be opened and closed easily and rapidly to enable craneage of materials in and out of site.

The key is the unique locking brace and the Keder style sheet track. The unique rubber seal and the innovative intermediate roller brace which allows bays to be split with out compromising the rain proofing.

Freestanding Application Utilising 2 standard ridge beams at the eaves, it is possible to construct temporary buildings using aluminium beams to form the sidewalls and roof.

Rolling Application Either mono or duo pitch roofs utilising special high strength roller bearing wheel units designed to roll on standard scaffold tube.
